I hired Ed to negotiate a rather lucrative apartment buyout for me. He did so with the utmost professionalism. Ed always communicated with me what he was doing and why and always asked how I, as the client, liked to proceed. I was happy to pay his more than reasonable fee as he is a regular guy and not some slick, overly wealth, stuffed suit. It was honestly a pleasure working with him.
