I hired Ed to negotiate a rather lucrative apartment buyout for me. He did so with the utmost professionalism. Ed always communicated with me what he was doing and why and always asked how I, as the client, liked to proceed. I was happy to pay his more than reasonable fee as he is a regular guy and not some slick, overly wealth, stuffed suit. It was honestly a pleasure working with him.

I hired Ed after careful due diligence and I am very very greatful I did. Ed was very straight forward from the very beginning, he was thorough in explanation and understanding of ones circumstance.
His communication and reliability was second to none. Ed was literally the only person that believed in a favorable outcome when many others either did not or were not willing to put in the work.
Words cannot describe how happy I am that I decided to hire Ed. I started the process with a tenant/landlord problem and ended the process with the problem solved and a new friend and an invaluable resource to have my disposal to refer to friends and family for life.
Thank you Ed!
