When I needed help, I called my attorney. He was away and Craig Rosenbaum was in charge. He not only didn't answer my call for 2 days but when he did, he brushed me off and never gave the message of my call to my regular attorney. This is Craig Rosenbaum. I have read your review. I am the owner of this business and it seems very unlikely that I did not give a message to the attorney you called for. My firm employs 10 people and everyone is instructed to take client calls very seriously. Client satisfaction is one of our top priorities.
