PETER V. ARCESE, Esq., is a New York attorney and mediator with over twenty-five years experience concentrating his law practice in trusts and estate planning. 


He designs trust and estate plans to balance client values with family harmony and tax savings. 


His clients include artists and authors; parents planning for the care of their children; owners of intellectual property; not-for-profits, board members, and donors supporting charitable organizations through planned giving. 


He has spoken on legal issues for the American Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, and Nassau County Bar Association, as well as the Association for Conflict Resolution and the Queens Library Foundation. 


He is an award-winning adjunct assistant professor of the Humanities at New York University and is past Co-Chair of the Mediation Committee of the American Bar Association's Dispute Resolution Section. 


Areas of concentration include: wills, trusts & estates; estate planning; wealth transfer taxation (estate, gift & generation skipping taxes); business succession planning; charitable gift planning; estate planning for intellectual property; facilitative and transformative mediation.
