A very Difficult Case (Adam Walsh)

In 2009 I was convicted for an internet crime, which led to a sex offense. At the time I had no realization that this crime would prevent me “an American citizen” from petitioning as a beneficiary for my immigrant Wife. In 2010 I married and put in an applications for my wife's Residence. It... was returned with the intent to deny and so the drama began. I originally retained another Immigration law firm who tried for 8 years with 2 open applications and an appeal and when I was completely lost and ready to give up they explained to me the only way to gain any control of this case was to take it to Federal Court and they just hired a litigation attorney who specializes in this. I met Mr. Abidir Barre who explained that he is the one that could take this case to the next level. With a number of telephone conversations, Mr. Barre told me his game plan and I agreed that his plan was the best way to proceed. Mr Barre was very easy to talk with, whenever I had a question, he returned my call within one day. He showed me respect and compassion and I want to thank him for that. He is a true professional. He responded to immigration's final intent to deny both my applications and began to put together my case for federal litigation. He filed in federal court in December of 2018 and I received an answer by March 19, 2019. Mr Barre called me that evening and told me that my application for my wife's green card was approved. As I'm writing this, I feel all the emotions building up all over again. Mr. Barre was able to achieve a task that was deemed impossible. With his vast experience, strategic thinking and ability to clearly decipher the Federal Law, I am holding in my hand the result of 10 years hard work, my wife’s green card. Two years later Mr Barre has his own law firm and is helping others like my self and we just had our interview for citizenship July 18, 2022. My wife is being sworn in within 30 days. Mr Barre accompanied her in the interview room and that was all we needed. They approved her for citizenship. I have and will continue to recommended Abidir Barre to anyone that needs a good Immigration attorney, especially with Adam Walsh cases. My wife and I want to thank Mr Barre for changing our life's. I think we love you.
