Drug Distiribution/ Possession Indictment Completely Dismissed

Got drug possession/ distribution of indictments fully dismissed in order to preserve my PTI which is what I wanted to do from the start and he made sure he was able to get it done.

Results!

I hired Leon after being arrested for a CDS charge. It was for possession of Marijuana and after a few months and to my surprise, the charges were dismissed! I doubt that this would have happened without an attorney or even with a public defender. Well worth the price, timely and concise information ...given and very professional. Highly recommended.

Great help

Leon was able to successfully get my charge of operation of motor vehicle while in possession of narcotic dismissed. The way I got that charge was I was pulled over with possession of a grinder with residue in it. The evidence (grinder) was lost while sent out to be tested. I walked away from the cou...rt only having to pay for an obstruction of view ticket. Leon was very helpful and attentative throughout the whole case. And I have recommended him to other people I know and am close with.

The right guy

I got pulled over for possession in nj. Being out of state made things hard for me to appear in court. All the lawyers I contacted wanted me to go into a program and accept the dwi for the same price. Leon believed he could get them dropped. He came through. Helped me by appearing in court for me.
