A lifelong New Jerseyan, New Brunswick attorney Andrew Dressel is a 1998 graduate of Rutgers University, and received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated cum laude, and served as a legal writing instructor, a Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, and a member of the school's Supreme Court clinic, where he worked on landmark criminal procedure cases. After law school Andrew went to work at prominent national law firms on both the defense and plaintiff's side. During this time he worked on complex commercial matters, as well as large class actions and multi-district litigations. He has been named as Rising Star by New York Super Lawyers in 2017 and 2018.*
Looking to return to his New Jersey roots, Andrew founded Dressel/Malikschmitt LLP to deliver high quality legal representation to the community he grew up in. He is licensed in New Jersey and New York and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
