Hi is some one who tell you the thru others lawyers just looking for money

Well he has been the best kawyer possible for my daca app. Yes you have to wait a lonv time to see him, but that is only because he has too many costomers, do to the fact that he is a great immigration lawyer and bankruptcy lawyer too. It is worth the wait. And by far, his secretary have answer all if my questions and they are very polite when I call.

He have to many cases the he forget his on clients you have to way for ever to see him the they are very rude his secretary don't even care about the client they don't even turn around to answer your questions please do your self a favor and go to another lawyer is not worth saving money with this lawyer because at the long run your not saving anything because in our case we have go to another lawyer because our cases was denied because he forgot about us the immigration officer toll her self and she gave a extension and time to found another lawyer

Retaining clients TPS, work permit is illegal and punishable by Law, not a good lawyer only allow to practice on the District of Columbia

Very bad service , takes too long to talk to him , he has a very rude secretary We hire hi to change and address of our case and take him 3 month to get an answer from him

I scheduled an "appointment" with him 3 months in advance, called on the day of to verify it, and even got there 30 minutes early to make sure eveything was fine. Yet i had to wait in a tiny room crammed with 15 other people and waited from 4pm to 11pm just for his secretary to tell everyone he's tired and will not be helping anyone else. I waited for everyone to leave so i could schedule another "appointment" a week after because it was unfair for me to wait 3 months just for him to get tired. The secretary started yelling at me, and when he heard this he came out and asked what happened, the secretary told him i said it wasnt fair and he had the audacity to say "if you dont like it go somewhere else." He acted very unprofessionally, and uneducated. While i was waiting some of his other clients were telling me how if he gets mad at someone he will just leave regardless of how many people have an "appointment" with him and tell them all to go. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Me and my husband hired Eralides because someone had told us he would be good, but I'm sooo pissed at him, I can't even tell you in writing. We hired him back in February 2013, and we have spoken to him only one time after that and because we went and sat at his office until 11:00 pm. I would never reccomend this "lawyer" to anyone. We have been calling him, leaving messages with "Jesse" as he said we could, and never ever get a call back from him. I even sent him a letter by fax and still not a call. Of course, we paid half of our fees as agreed so I guess he is just happy keeping our half payment and not taking care of our case. I have a two year old and an 8 month old baby and can not go seat in his office from 6pm to 11 pm as he wants us to do just so he can give us update on our case. I've been calling immigration myself so that I can find out what's going on.
