Ken White took care of me and my children during such a turbulent time of divorce/ child custody issues. As with most family law cases - mine had unique complications that had the potential to overwhelm most anybody! All the paper work and court hearings - the back and forth communications with th...e judge and the other lawyer- Ken White was always smart / well prepared. It has been now 4 years + Ken has been defending me through: 1- a very bitter divorce, (1 YEAR LONG) 2-an ongoing custody battle since my baby was born and now is 3 + 3- an ongoing effort by my ex to get a my premarital money 4-an ongoing game my ex keeps playing to reduce his child support. and... not pay day care. 5-an appeal my ex has filed with Appallate court since he is a sore loser. I was able to find Ken through Avvo so I am writing this review to help someone in my situation. Ken is definitely very knowledgeable and was responsive to all my questions. He is well respected by his colleagues in court. He made sure that my requests with respect to settlement were well understood ...and tried his best to secure them for me. He is highly punctual and professional and I never had to wait to get his attention. Overall I highly recommend him to anyone with property settlement or custody issues.
