DUI / DWI Lawyer

I got arrested in NJ for a DUI. The state trooper clocked me in, on a very high, very very above average number. Mr. Blauvelt and his expert team were able to knock the charge down to the very minimal charge. Overall a 20/10 experience, without him, I don’t know what would have happened. If you need ...an amazing lawyer in the state of NY or NJ, LOOK NO FURTHER!

First time working with a lawyer, only lawyer I will use ever again.

Price was upfront and affordable, and was always available for questions and answered any emails very quickly. Had a speeding ticket 93 in 65, GSP, figured I'd have to reduce to an unsafe driving, but was surprised when it was reduced to a different 0 point ticket, half as expensive. 10/10 would reco...mmend, and just did, and would hire again.

Superb Representation in Our Traffic Case

Mr. Blauvelt and his staff are exceptional! He helped us with some traffic matters that involved our teenage driver, and I am delighted with the help that he provided. Not only did we get high-quality advice and help, but everyone with whom we spoke was pleasant and helpful, and the fees were reasona...ble for the expertise provided. Dispositions Results Better Than Expected

2 Tickets - Reckless Driving and Speeding over 35 in 65. This was supposed to result in multiple points and suspension of driving privileges. Thank you Mr. Blauvelt for getting one ticket dismissed and the other downgraded without any suspension Moreover, Thanks to Nicole for prompt and smooth fol...low-ups.

Thomas is the man!! I got 3 tickets, including leaving the scene (long story), careless driving and illegal turn, and Tom got all 3 dismissed! Plus he was WAY less expensive than some other lawyers in NJ. Very professional, and always returns calls and texts. Just call him. You won't regret it......
