We tried to use Lauren Miceli as a Parent Coordinator. I could not urge you to stay away more. I wish I was just upset by the recommendations provided, but that is not the case. She was completely unresponsive for months at a time, refusing to reply to emails or return calls. Her recommendations were... essentially fluff that didn't address any of the concerns addressed in our zoom meetings. At this point, we have had to change parent coordinators and have been charged $2,000 by Lauren for a service that she didn't actually provide. Her response was that even though the service was inadequate and not at all in line with the retainer we signed, she still spent the time. I would recommend finding anyone else to help you through an already stressful situation.
