Double DUI

Received a double DUI as I was pulled over in a school zone. Mr. Aalsberg was able to get my case down to a single DUI & save me the extra sentence, penalties & fees. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a legal issue.

Multiple trafffic violation tickets

Mr. Aalsberg did a fantastic job. Had a very serious situation looking at 18 points plus possible suspension and possible jail time and Mr. Aalsberg brought all that down to just 2 points, no suspension, no jail time. He is a terrific attorney and well worth the amount he charges. He will fight to he...lp get the results you want and really cares about his clients. When it comes to his clients you are priority number 1.

Drug Charge Dismissed

Saved my future!

I had a criminal fourth degree charge. I didn’t know what to do but I knew I needed the best. I saw Attorney Aalsberg was endorsed by more lawyers then any other lawyer I could find . I used him and it was a wise choice my criminal charge was dismissed.

Best DWI Lawyer

I can’t say how glad that I hired attorney Aalsberg for my case. I knew going in that it was rare for a case like mine to be dismissed in NJ but I knew I shouldn’t be found guilty. I met with Attorney Aalsberg and he promised me only that he would do his best. I felt confident he would and I hired... him. Low and behold in one court appearance he got my case dismissed.. Even the court clerk told me I had a great lawyer and I am a believer.
