Poor Communication and Multiple Attorney Changes
My experience with this law firm pertains specifically to their family law services. Throughout my family law case, I was repeatedly reassigned to different associates, which meant having to explain my personal situation multiple times. This was both time-consuming and frustrating. The response ti...

Overbooks!
Rajeh accepted my retainer after a consultation. However, his firm was unable to deliver the draft of our response to the court until the late afternoon of the court deadline filing date. I was strung along for weeks that I will be able to read my court response to post-divorce matter soon, always so...
This review is from an anonymous user who we cannot identify from the very vague and generic review. It appears that this user was not even primarily represented by Mr. Saadeh, and this user's claim that the office is in a "shared work area" is deliberately deceptive and false. Appointments are required in order to ensure that the attorney is in the office at the time that a client arrives as the attorney might be elsewhere, such as in a meeting or in court. This user is welcome to reach out to the firm directly to address any real issues that she or he may have. To all readers: please take note of the dozens of positive reviews left for the firm on numerous platforms by clients we actually and definitively represented.

Reliable, professional, considerate
Mr. Saadeh’s firm represented me on the purchase of my home, and two times after that. Despite the stressful situations, I was always informed on what to expect, and every potential next step. This clarity was key to easing any worries during litigation.
Thank you!

This anonymous user hired the firm to help him with a litigation matter brought against him by his HOA. The lawsuit started with the HOA filing an emergent application requesting that the court essentially shut down the user's business. The user hired us, and we were successful in having the court deny the HOA's request. After the emergent application and follow up, futile attempts by the HOA to shut down the business, the matter proceeded in the normal course of litigation, which can take over a year to resolve if a settlement isn't reached. In the early stages of the case, the user refused to pay his bill, and he refused to email us to identify which billing entries he disputes and why. Further, this user wanted us to bring frivolous requests against the HOA and its board members, which we are ethically prohibited from doing. Due to these circumstances, our representation of this user terminated, and he hired a new attorney to continue his matter. To date, this user has a balance owing to the firm, and collection efforts recently commenced, which is why this user now decided to defame the firm. To all readers: please read the dozens of positive reviews left for us on numerous platforms for fair and accurate descriptions of our performance.

Mr Raj did not deliver title, and refused services he was paid for
Mr Raj was hired for a realestate transaction, and I regret hiring him. Mr Raj failed to transfer the title of the property to me, nine months after closing I still did not have title. His office had authorized the disbursement of escrow funds without verifying that the paperwork is correct. His o...
Even though this user is anonymous, this user's complaints are untrue as we have never represented a buyer who closed on a real estate purchase but did not have title to the property. This user may be mistaking us for another lawyer or law firm. If this user is talking about the correct lawyer and law firm, then this user is mistaken. Not only that, but at the closing, this user likely purchased title insurance, which means that if the user actually does not have title, the title insurance company will cover the user's losses. The user is welcome to bring this issue to the attention of the title insurance company to either correct the user's perception or compensate the user for their losses. To all readers: please take note of the dozens of positive, accurate, and fair reviews left by users we have actually represented.
