Raj and team helped me purchase my first home. His knowledge and professionalism was a relief through the roller coaster ride of a process. They remained in constant communication and kept me in the know throughout the entire process. I recommend him highly and will definitely use his services again ...in the future.

As a first time homebuyer, I was feeling overwhelmed. Rajeh Saadeh and his team have been the key to having peace of mind. During the attorney review, I saw first hand the care and dedication Mr. Saadeh and his team took in ensuring my best interests were met. Mr. Saadeh has even saved me from one co...ntract that could have caused me big problems, by taking the time to explain the jargon in layman's terms, and providing excellent counsel on how to respond. The seller only wanted to provide 10 days to secure a mortgage, work the title, etc! Rajeh explained to me the problems this may cause and saved me from potential harm. I am forever grateful to them for their vigilance and how they dealt with it. Although they have other clients, their response times are very quick and they make me feel like their team is just working for me! I would highly recommend giving them a call if you need a lawyer.

I hired Raj for a complicated real estate case twice. Both times he was beyond my expectations. He made the complications so simple, and worked it all out. In my other case, I had an attorney who was taking too long, so I fired him. Later, on very short notice, I called Raj. He quickly did all the do...cuments and other required tasks and got it done before the deadline I had. He is naturally very intelligent and confident/aggressive, just the right qualities clients look for in an attorney. He always answers my emails very quickly, even on weekends/holidays. He is very efficient and easy to work with. Other attorneys I have worked with take so much time to do any task, and they reply my call or email after many days. I would like to take all my litigations to Raj in the future. I strongly recommend him. Very professional and a very effective writer, if you need letters written. He has got the knowledge and skills equivalent of an attorney of 20 yrs in my opinion. He is young, full of energy, vibrant, and enthusiastic, unlike those old, slow-poke, burnt out attorneys who dont want to be disturbed with extra questions. He has a very friendly staff that is also very efficient and helpful.

We were first introduced to Rajeh at a time in which we needed his expert legal counsel to help us out of a situation caused by subpar and inattentive legal counsel. Rajeh's extensive knowledge, professionalism and superior communication skills quickly helped us out of a bad situation. Not all lawy...ers are equal and Rajeh proved that to us within the first few hours of doing business together. His responses are quick and detailed, but never at the expense of feeling like a valued client. When more explanation or advice is needed, he never hesitates to get in touch (even outside of regular business hours) to take the time to explain in detail any concerns that may have come up. We have since hired him twice for real estate transactions and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for solid representation with attention to every detail. Having seen first hand the kind of situation other "paper pusher" type lawyers can get you into, we would highly recommend hiring Rajeh.
