As a senior citizen, I’ve gone through several previous real estate closing—five to be exact. Raj Saadeh handled my most recent real estate closing, my sixth. I only wish my previous real estate closings had been handled as superbly as Raj handled this one for me. Notably, Raj did not relegate matters to a paralegal, which in one past transaction handled by a different attorney’s paralegal proved to quash the deal of a nearly full price offer on the sale of my property, ultimately resulting in the loss of a $47,000.00 unrealized gain due to the failed deal.
