Excellent Consultation

I had a phone consult with Daniel Straffi, Esq. of Toms River, NJ this morning about a legal issue I had. Although I never had to retain him, as I wind up settling the matter on my own, he definitely guided me in the right direction. I would highly recommend him.

Review on Mr. Straffi Jr and My Bankruptcy Case

Mr. Straffi (JR) is a safe space to go to discuss a vulnerable situation, such as claiming bankruptcy. Not only did he reassure me that things happen, he made sure I wasn't confused or alone in the process as well. He answers all questions with a smile and confidence, and practically guides yo...u through all the hard parts. The first lawyer I went couldn't help me, he gave me Mr. Straffi's card. (l'm so grateful to that man because he was a little mean to be honest, I don't even want to imagine how it would have went with him.) If you're curious and reading my review don't hesitate. He handled my case with care and never once made me feel ashamed about my situation. l'm so grateful to him and his staff (they are EQUALLY as helpful and friendly!!) 10/10 definitely recommend. Thanks again Mr. Straffi!!

Compassionate

Being very nervous when I first contacted Daniel Straffi he made me feel calm and relaxed. He listened to all my questions and explained what would happen to help me. His whole office was very compassionate and I was very happy I chose him for my bankruptcy.

Stress Free
