Good Job
Always calls back if not available immediately which I consider a big plus. Helped me get a DWI down to reckless driving which was a big relief. Pleased with the results.
Thank You!

Works hard for your case
Thank you Mr. Hernandez for all that you have done for me and my cases. Words can not express the outcome that you made possible for me. Mr. Hernandez is definitely the attorney to hire for any DUI case. Just purely amazed by what he was able to do for me.

Save your money
Mr Hernandas has been able to help some but don't be fooled by these reviews. He did not help me. Don't waist your money. Please hear me, don't be afraid and make a desicion you will regret. My fine was $689.00 to town, Sur-charge to state $1,000. a year for three years or pay it monthly at $88.00...
I have been pondering how to respond, as I am shocked by this review. What you are saying is that because I could not help YOU, no one should hire me. Yes, you have to pay those fines, and those surcharges, because you pleaded guilty to DWI. I gave you the option of going to trial, which you could have won some, none, or all of the charges. You declined to so so, for good reason. You're behavior at the police station was bad. This was something you did not tell me about when we first discussed your case and you first hired me. Based on this behavior, I believe you would have received the maximum penalties (excluding jail), which was 1 year loss of license, $889 in fines and up to 18 mos. In addition, I resolved your case without additional charges being filed for disorderly conduct or obstruction. So, I did help you. The delays in your case were because awe were thoroughly investigating your case and preparing it for court. I was trying to get your reading thrown out right to the last moment. So, I fought hard fro you. You are right. There is no plea bargaining a DWI. That is why you needed an expert to look for the various technical, scientific, evidentiary, and constitutional issues that might arise. As I told you, I am one of the few attorney's in the state that have been trained on the Alcotest 7110 breath testing device. I am also one of the few lawyers who can call myself a Field Sobriety Test Instructor. This training was helpful in analyzing your case. I did not take advantage of your fear own ignorance. I kept you informed, met you in my office several times, and gave you many options. You never indicated that you were not pleased. Even after you pleaded guilty. Telling someone not to hire a lawyer is dangerous advice.

Delivered on his promise
Mr. Hernandez did an outstanding job handling my DUI case. I was facing a significant loss of license and prison time. When I met with Mr. Hernandez he was optimistic he could improve the outcome. His diligence, compassion and thorough knowledge of the law resulted in a much better outcome than I ...
James, thank you so much. I am glad that you had the patience to wait it out. AS INsaid, this is how DWI's are won. However, I need to clarify that no promises, other than to be diligent and effective lawyer were made. I do not promise results.
