"Responding to the client’s concerns with compassion, creativity, persistence and attention to detail will result in successful transactions which protect and express the wishes of the client."
Since 1975 and 1976 when I became licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York, I have taken great pride in the quality of legal services provided to my clients. I have devoted my career to performing such services in a thorough, cost efficient and timely manner. For this reason, I am thrilled to be a Partner of Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, L.L.C., a law firm that shares my devotion to the needs of our clients.
I spent the first 10 years of my career litigating a wide variety of commercial transactions and governmental matters in the State and Federal Courts. I later used my litigation skills to augment my business negotiation and document drafting skills to pursue my first passion: business, real estate and banking transactions. I have dedicated my career to structuring, negotiating, successfully guiding clients through and completing numerous business and real estate transactions at every level of complexity, from the basic $100,000 sale or purchase of a small business to the $100,000,000 multiple corporation merger and acquisition. Creativity, persistence, attention to detail and a unique focus on the issues most beneficial to the client, are the hallmarks of my practice and one of the credos of this law firm.
Whether a client needs a corporation or limited liability company formed, an operating agreement, stockholders’ agreement or asset/stock purchase agreement prepared or an employment agreement, lease or loan documents reviewed, we provide the solutions to our client’s legal and business needs and objectives. When our clients want to buy or sell a business or real estate, we assist them at every stage in structuring the transaction, performing due diligence, negotiating and getting agreements signed and closing the deal. If accomplishing these tasks means spending late nights and weekends reviewing, analyzing, preparing and revising documents, negotiating terms and plowing through mounds of paper, it gets done quickly, efficiently and correctly.
As is typical of each lawyer in our civic-minded law firm, my involvement in business and civic organizations provides significant benefits to our clients. My positions as President, Executive Board Member and former General Counsel of the Monmouth-Ocean Development Council (MODC), Past President and Executive Board Member of the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce, and former Vice President and Trustee of Corporate Resource Alliance, Inc. (CRA), have provided me with unique insights into business issues enabling me to provide even more comprehensive services and advice to my clients.
