I consulted with Mr. Millar on a real estate litigation process involving termite damage to a home I was buying. He took his time to explain the process, legal terms and the choices I could choose from it I chose to move forward with litigation. He did not rush me and answered each question I asked. He wanted to ensure that I had a clear understanding of the real estate transaction and litigation process. He was not concerned about money. The consult was for 30 minutes but he consulted with me for over an hour. I would definitely recommend his services to friends and family.

I own several businesses and properties in New Jersey and have searched for over 5 years for a good lawyer. I've needed a lawyer for all sorts of things pertaining to both my businesses and my properties. After using so many different lawyers, I started researching for ones with particular knowledge in particular fields, instead of a law firm that dealt with everything under the sun and one lawyer to answer the vast majority of problems.
When I stumbled upon McCusker, Anselmi, Rosen & Carvelli, P.C. , I researched their firm as much as any other. Something about their presentation, information and location caught my eye. Upon doing more and more research I decided to take a consultation with Mr. Millar and see what it was all about. It wasn't long after the first ten minutes of our meeting that I realized, he was as straight forward as a lawyer could be for a free consultation and more relative to me as a individual than as a number. This obviously was the difference between continuing my search and completing it.
I have since used Mr. Millar after that first meeting and will continue to do so in both the near and distant future. Sometimes you go through so many wrong things, that the price isn't an issue anymore, it is just the necessary completion of a problem and having it be done the right way, the first time. Mr. Millar's pricing is no different than that of any lawyer in town, but with his expertise and promptness to complete a task you could not ask for more.
I highly recommend Michael Millar to any client in need of a great lawyer, who both listens and gets the job done the first time around. You will not be disappointed in your decision.
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I have known Michael Millar for approximately 10 years. We have worked together on several cases. He is the “go-to guy” in Ocean County for any issues relating to consumer fraud, commercial litigation and real estate law. I highly recommend him.
