I approached this attorney as I didn't liked the way other attorney did my Labor. He didn't take my case, and gave me lame reasons, bad mouthed my employer. 1. He said he doesn't want to take my case as he thinks my employer is framing him, my labor was done poor and my employer wants to frame him f...or failure instead of other attorney. _ Oh hey, we know that, Isn't that why we reached him? Where is professionalism and class? 2. He said he doesn't want to take my case as failure will look bad on his performance-Is this how he maintain his success rate, by taking simple and straight success cases?? I am no celebrity, neither is he, nobody is interested into what goes in my case and who is going to reach to his contacts to spread bad news about him? Again where is the professionalism and how narrow minded can he be? He jumps to conclusions too fast and has no practical thinking. we were in discussion for about 3 weeks after which he changed his mind.
