I love being a lawyer because I enjoy being in a position where I can fight for and help other people. I also love the need for constant education and the intellectual challenge as a lawyer. 

 

I especially excel in finding creative solutions to problems, preferably by alternate dispute resolution such as mediation, high conflict mediation, collaborative law or arbitration. 

 

If necessary, I will be a tough litigator.  I have a very positive track record in trials.

 

Although I do expect to be paid for my legal time and expertise (even clients that only request a consultation sign a one paragraph agreement as to my fees and are expected to pay consistent with the agreement, unlike the gentlemen reviewing me on this site who gave me only $40 for a one hour consultation), I try to find ways to keep legal fees down for clients.  I even offer legal coaching, in which the client represents her/himself, but I assist in drafting the legal documents and coach the client for court; the client only pays for the time I spend  with the client and very little deposit monies are necessary.

I was referred to Ms. Strich through the Mercer County Bar Association so the first 30 minutes was at a greatly reduced rate. I had an 8-page document that I needed reviewed. She worked diligently making sure that I understood the document and provided suggestions on how to respond to clauses in the document I wasn't happy with; to my surprise she suggested I negotiate changes myself and get back to her if there were problems. We finished reviewing the document in 40 minutes (much cheaper than the 2-hour retainer another lawyer wanted.) Overall, I found her efficient, practical, and very helpful. I would go back to her again.

Gabrielle Strich is not only a fantastic lawyer, but just a truly pleasant individual. She handled my case with care and treated me like a king. All my pleadings and correspondence were done timely and professionally. Although I was going through a tough divorce, Gabrielle made it almost bearable. The end result was extremely positive and I couldn't have been more happy with it.
