Mr. Stefankiewicz kindly took our money and handled a case for us, and we thought he was okay until we realized he did not communicate thoroughly with us. Get everything in writing once it's finalized and you have come to an agreement with him in the back of the courtroom. If he tells you to take ...a misdemeanor and it will be expunged later on, know that there is no such thing as an automatic expungement in his county, and you will have to contact him and pay additional money. Also know that he never called me back or sent me the information for the expungement, I am guessing because I was extremely upset and he already made thousands of dollars on us.
