I was fortunate to have Mr. Biddison on my side. I spent a tumultuous year in the Philadelphia court system, fighting a DUI case. If you have recently been charged with a DUI, you can expect a long drawn out process, and in many instances you will feel the agitation from the common wealth not taking ...accountability in their need to provide the accused with the right to a speedy trial. Who was always accountable, Mr. Biddison. I could trust that he would be at court early and well prepared. He is well study in DUI/DWI law, and was able to find holes in the case. My final result, the judge upheld a motion to suppress (I won), and stated Mr. Biddison should apologize to all the people in the court, as he spent so much time defending my case (causing others to have to wait)...
