I had a couple issues rise up out of devious, disgraceful, disgusting, ignorant people wanting to fraudulently bring about a law suit against me. In fact, the first in 19years of driving with a perfect record. I spoke with Mr. Pollack after reaching out and receiving a rapid, positive response that... no other attorneys I contacted provided in any way. We spoke directly about the situation I was in. Mr. Pollack gave everything to me straight!, in easy to understand terms, and I hired him on an easy payment plan, at a rate I felt was Fantastic! , and I was happy to pay. In summary, if you run into unfortunate circumstances, This is absolutely the guy who you want on your side. Take it from me, my uncle was a judge for 30 years, I've met attorneys who are great, (very few exist) , and attorneys who are simply ridiculous, and suck, and get by with the skin of their teeth if they are lucky some how some way. Mr. Pollack is one of the Greats!!! Believe that! !!

Jason is the man!!!! I was double the limit and overall made the worst mistake of my life! He was able to get my breath alcohol reading thrown out, no jail time, 3 month license suspension, and no interlock!!! Just 12 hour classes! It could of been alot worse! I definately reccomend him to anyone who... is in the position of getting charged with a dui!

I was facing DWI, Hit and Run, Failure to Report an Accident, Open Container, and Careless Driving. I was looking at suspension of license for 13 months and fines in the thousands. Jason managed to wipe almost all charges and was only suspended for 3 months with minimal fines. He was great to work wi...th and is super down to earth. He knows DWI/DUI laws better than prosecutors! I HIGHLY recommend him!!
