Jason Pollack is the type of attorney to get if you ever are in a jam. I was in an accident and charged with a DUI, blew a .13. My career was in jeopardy and the cost of fines I was looking at was serious, like I said Pollack is the attorney you need if you are ever in a jam, he was able to get my ca...se dismissed, no fines, no jail time, and no license suspension. I don't condone drinking and driving but if you need the type of attorney who works to win and works so that its to your benefit, give him a call.

My teenage son had received a speeding ticket. I know I had to hire an attorney, but, I did not know anyone. I choose Mr. Pollack and I made the right choice. He knew the laws and what he could do best to assist my son. He even went further to advise my son on the importance of obeying the traffic... laws. This helped reinforced what he learned and what we his parents advise him to do always. His license could have been suspended, but, it wasn't. I will use Mr. Pollack again and refer him to anyone that I know is seeking representation. He returns your call and shows up in court ready to represent you.

I was charged with reckless driving (points), failure to report and leaving the scene of an accident. Mr Pollack was able to have the charges downgraded to careless driving and simple failure to report. I received no points, kept my license and paid a substantially lower fine.
