I would recommend Henry Weinfeld to anyone who is getting divorced. He listens to your situation and gives to an honest evaluation. He possess the knowledge and tools to get the divorce done and over with as quickly as the courts will allow. He is caring. Your case is important to him. His paralegal Michelle is fantastic.

Excellent Divorce Lawyer
Henry was excellent all the way through the process. My then wife and I had tried mediation with another lawyer; the process just made my now ex-wife very angry and even more sensitive. We then went with separate lawyers and things got even worse because her lawyer was horrible; he was always significantly late to negotiations and was never prepared. Henry was not only the opposite of her lawyer, he seemed to have somewhat of a calming influence on the situation which took the edge off and put a more positive vibe negotiation process. In the end I got a settlement that I was very happy with. Henry also did a lot to make the process efficient in ways that saved me a lot of time (and money). I couldn’t be happier with the final outcome and I have no reservations recommending him to anyone who would need either a mediation or divorce lawyer.

I have to express my genuine appreciation for Henry ! At a very stressful time when i was dealing with my depression AND a divorce Henry's calming personality really settled my mind and helped me get through the whole process. Outstanding Attorney
Henry was a lifesaver in helping me secure my divorce. He guided me through a difficult chapter of my life, and I don’t know what I would have done without him. I hired Henry because I felt that I was being charged an unreasonable amount of money, and I was not seeing any progress with the first attorney I hired. I’m so glad that I found him! Henry's very caring and competent, and his fees were quite reasonable. He always listened attentively to my concerns and promptly responded to my phone calls and emails. My ex did not hire an attorney, was evasive, and repeatedly tried to delay court proceedings. The whole process took a while, but my ex and I eventually came to terms just days before the Final Judgement of Divorce was granted. Henry drafted the Property Settlement Agreement and was instrumental in securing me adequate child and spousal support, along with other considerations for my future. I can’t thank Henry enough for helping me out of a bad situation! If you’re looking to hire a Divorce Attorney, I highly recommend Henry’s services. He won’t steer you wrong!
