When I went into see Tom for my appointment I was nervous. He put me at ease right away,took the time to explain things to me in terms I could understand. He never judged me or made me feel less of a person for having to file for bankruptcy. He gave me all of my options, told me what would happen an...d when. He was right on the money and his office kept me well informed at all times. On a personal level he gave me information on other help I needed as well.
