"Know it all" husband refused to listen to anything I ever had to say-especially house bills and he ended up getting me & kids home sold at sheriff sale for 4x the amount of $$ we originally borrowed from bank. I was referred to Mr. Egner by a co-worker. I had to file bankruptcy immediately and she gave me his name and number. I called Mr. Egner that same day and explained to him briefly the situation. He was able to meet with me the same week. Upon meeting, he asked several questions to get to know me ...and my current situation. After about an hour, he let me know which type of bankruptcy would better fit what I was going through. At the end of our first session I was satisfied with the decision and understood what had to be done.
