Katherine O'Brien recently assisted me with a legal concern regarding the applicability of FDIC Section 19. Based on my search effort, very few lawyers had specialized expertise in this area. Katherine was not only willing to take my call, but also made my concern a priority and got back to me quickly with her findings and a resolution. Additionally, I feel her key relationships allowed her to gain unique insights and a distinct advantage over other attorneys. I'm very pleased with the decision to work with Katherine, and if I have any further issues I'll certainly be returning to her for counsel. I would highly recommend her services to anyone seeking representation.

Believe it or not, at 81 years old, I was exercising on my home elliptical machine when part of it collapsed. It injured my knee and ankle. At my age, I don't know how the legal system works. Katherine North made it so easy for me by walking me through the whole process. She was extremely caring and genuinely concerned about my injuries.
I didn't like the idea of going to an insurance company doctor or having my deposition taken. At my age, who wants to go through that. Katherine proved the product was defective when it was made. Katherine got me the settlement I deserved quickly and I never had to see an insurance company doctor or give a deposition.

I hired Katherine North for a very complicated personal injury case involving multiple body parts injured. I am disabled and was at the time of this accident. Katherine did an exceptional job keeping the defense on track with the body parts injured by the accident because the defense kept blaming my previous disability.
This lawsuit went all the way to the court room, where Katherine was excellent in witness questioning. I wouldn't have enough room on this page to explain how complicated this lawsuit was but I can tell you with great confidence that if Katherine North was able to handle this case, she can handle any case!
