Practice areas
With over 10 years of experience running a tech-firm prior to becoming an attorney, and an MBA with a focus in finance and lean startups, I understand the needs of small businesses and startups. My firm has represented businesses across South Jersey.
Between my experience in business negotiating technology licensing agreements and an MBA focusing on startups, I understand contracts. My firm represents consumers and businesses in drafting and negotiating contracts.
My firm has represented clients in Municipal and County courts across South Jersey, helping them get favorable results including dismissals and negotiated plea deals.
Having a criminal record can make it incredibly difficult to get a job, a mortgage, and an auto loan. My firm represents clients in expungements and petitions for post-conviction relief, helping them move past their criminal record.
