Dan helped navigate NJ Medicaid bureaucracy
I was referred to Dan and very please with the help he was able to provide helping me get thru the hurdles of NJ Medicaid paperwork. Throughout the process Dan was available by phone or email to consult with whatever the problem of the day was.

Trustworthy, knowledgable and conscientious attorney
Dan Del Collo is one of the most trustworthy individuals and attorneys that I have had the pleasure to have worked with. Dan has assisted our family with the creation of and filing of a will, reassignation of a deed and execution of said will. There were some complexities to the particular family member's will that Dan was able to explain and help us navigate during the execution period. Dan always responds to queries and makes himself available to meet in a timely manner, I would highly recommend Dan Del Collo to anyone looking for an attorney, especially in the area of wills and elder law.

Medicaid Application Process
Dan was very detailed and informative during the entire process of obtaining Medicaid for my Mother. There were several difficult situations that had to be handled by an Attorney.. Dan did a great job and gave us the guidance and confidence we needed.
