Amy Smith successfully handled a termination of alimony matter for me this past year. Amy was no nonsense, to the point, and gave very clear and practical advice, as did her colleague Jill Dell’Aquilo. And on top of that, they are nice people, too. I couldn't be happier with the result and would not think twice about recommending them.

I hired Amy to file a motion for me in a divorce proceeding and signed a retainer for $2,500.00. The retainer clearly stated that once the retainer ran out they would notify me before anymore work was to be done. I received a bill for $5,398.00 on top of the $2,500.00 she already took from my retainer not knowing my retainer had ran out. The motion I asked her to file didnt even equate to a $8,000.00 bill. Mind you I wrote my own motion, reply motion and cross motion. I did all the work. She rewrote it and did the revisions as well as oral argument. I had over $900.00 in phone calls when I was asked to call them back. This attorney is not recommended at all.
