Mr. Group handled my social security case in 2016 which resulted in a favorable outcome. The case was won on appeal and as such took a considerable amount of time to be heard. Throughout this time, Mr. Group kept me updated on the workings of the appeal. He is professional and personable and was able to communicate with me effectively when my mental health was in very poor condition and communicating with others was extremely difficult.
Mr. Group made himself available readily for me and was very timely with all responses. It is due to Mr. Group's efforts and determination that he was able to win the appeal on my behalf. I am very grateful for Mr. Group's service and highly recommend his service to anyone interested or in need.

There really are not words enough to describe Richard Group. As a lawyer, he is very smart, he knows the system, and he is extremely helpful. As a human, he is extremely sympathetic and kind. You could not wish for a better lawyer, especially if you find yourself to be in a health situation and need the help. When you are dealing with a health case, you have enough stress on your plate. Mr. Group really helps ease the extra added pain of navigating a confusing legal process. You can really trust him with your case. I have so much gratitude for Richard Group - he never gave up on my complicated social security disability case. He stuck with me through the process, and got me where we needed to be. And for that, I am eternally grateful.

Richard Group has been by my side since the day a family member referred me to him for my NJ workers comp case. I had a serious accident at work and of course I was hoping that my surgeries would repair everything and I would quickly be back at my job... That was not the case ; Richard was always just a phone call or text away when I had difficulties getting timely temporary payments. Whenever I had questions throughout this whole process I could always reach him. He has spent the last two years working to secure the best possible outcome for my permanency hearing.(which included adding New Jersey's "Second Injury Fund" to the case) Because of his hard work the rest of my life will be more financially secure. I highly recommend Richard to anyone who has suffered a work injury and for Social Security Disability.

Richard does a great job representing clients who have matters before the Social Security Administration. He has an excellent reputation in the community for advocating on behalf of clients who have both social security and workers' compensation issues. I highly recommend Richard.
