Gets the job done!!

I hired Mr. Garber for my nephew for a DUI and multiple charges for having marijuana in the car. He was able to get the DUI downgraded to reckless driving and all the other charges dropped to a city ordinance. We walked away with only 705 in fines and 45 suspension. I thought for sure we were looking... at thousands of dollars in fines and 6 months suspension. Every review I read about Mr. Garner is spot on, he is the best at what he does. Everyone's situation is different but this was a slam dunk for our situation!

WHY I WILL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER LAWYER!

Steven Michael Garber was my lawyer 4 almost 5 years and he'll continue to be my lawyer until the day I die but I hope I don't need his help anytime soon! In 2017, I got in all sorts of trouble, Criminal trouble, Traffic trouble, drug possession trouble etc... I was so stressed and so overwhelmed... that I sunk into a deep sunk into a deep depression. I was suffering emotionally physically and mentally. I never been in trouble like this and I didn't know what to expect so I would often call mr. Garber and send messages and I used to get upset when he wouldn't call me back right away but I learned in the end to stay calm because Steven Michael Garber knows what he's doing! He would tell me not to stress and I would try to listen but the trouble that I had stacked against me, I thought I was definitely doing jail time and losing my vehicle license for 2 years. He worked wonders I couldn't believe a lawyer could do such things! So if you're stuck between wondering if you should get a public defender, a lawyer, or no one... If your offenses are taking you to Superior Court and traffic court, you definitely want to hire a lawyer, Steven Garber to be specific. It will cost you a pretty penny but how much does your sanity and your self-worth mean to you in the end. I would recommend Steven Garber to anybody who needed help with criminal charges or traffic charges. Thank you for everything you've done!

High Recommendation

Mr Garber represented my son in court for a drug possession charge and I would highly recommend him. He was well respected by the judge and prosecutor, he knew the right thing to do and got the absolute best outcome for us. he is the right lawyer for your DUI and DWI needs.

Take a deep breathe. Relax & call Mr. Garber

If you're reading this then I'm going to safely assume you had a run in with the law just like I did. I unfortunately got a DUI and a 2nd possesion of marijuana charge. The next day after being arrested, I was distraught. I couldn't eat, sleep, focus at work, and to top it all off, I was a broke. I d...idn't know what to do. I knew I needed to find a lawyer. I began researching DUI attorneys across Burlington County. A majority of the attorneys I contacted either weren't available, or their price was WAY out of my budget. I contacted Mr. Garbers office and was immediately transferred to him. I told him my story, and he agreed to represent me. I have to admit, at first I had my doubts. But I was wrong. Mr. Garber worked with me every step of the way. And when I say every step of the way, I mean it. I feared that my license was going to be suspended for 6-9 months and I would even have to do jail time. Mr. Garber was able to reduce my charges to a meer 3 month license suspension, no jail time, and dismissed all other charges. I couldn't believe it. I wanted to hug that man right then and there once the judge handed down the verdict. So to you out there reading this. If you just had a run in with the law, and you need an attorney that is willing to help you out, I highly HIGHLY advise you to give Steven Garber a call. He may not call you every single day until your court date, but worry not. The man knows what he's doing and he will not let you down. I say this with all respect, I hope I never need to hire a DUI lawyer again, but if I do I most certainly know who to call.

DUI expunged

Mr Garber saved my ass,I was driving home one day and passed out driving from lack of sleep from the night befor .while driving I cut a telephone pole in half ,drove my car in the woods and clipped a few more trees,I had prescription drugs in my pocket ,my urine had cocaine and amphetamines in it,mr ...Garber had my urine test thrown out "the judge never knew about any of the drugs and urine sample" I couldn't believe he got me out of a DUI ,he got me down to a wreck less driving ticket.mr Garber saved my ass .i would recommend you call Steven Garber if you have a pending dui,they say no one gets out of a DUI in newjersey .well mr Garber did it for me,
