Mr. Cherry and his staff know their stuff

I had an estate matter that was unique, difficult and long but Mr. Cherry and his staff guided me through the process tackling one hurdle at a time. They really take your case as if was their own and work hard to get it resolved. Looking back on the last year, I don't think I would have wanted any ot...her lawyer handling this issue. His staff knew all the right people to contact and got answers swiftly despite dealing with this issue at the height of the pandemic when offices were often closed. Mark and his staff were always a phone call away for any issues and did a lot of the grunt work needed to complete my case. Moreover they were very transparent in what they were doing and why and took time to explain the ins and outs of the issue(s) that we either might face or are facing. Overall this firm is kind, caring and good at their job and will do their best to work with you as best they can. So thank you Mark and staff. I hope to never have to deal with this issue again but if I do, I'll be coming back.

Hands down the best you can find!

Mr Cherry and his office have helped us several times through some very difficult times. Always treated us with respect and care. The staff goes above and beyond and are professional. Highly highly highly recommend.

Lawyer of the year

Mark caught the bank underwriter I was using for my mortgage red handed trying to put a lien on my father's house who was co signing for me. Mark said "Not on my watch". He truly had my back and I am very grateful for him and his staff. I closed on my house and it was a smooth process.
