Academics: Julie earned her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York- College at Fredonia, summa cum laude, in 1996 and earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law- Camden in 1999.
Professional Experience: Upon earning her law degree, Julie served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John Tomasello, J.S.C., Gloucester County, Family Part, from 1999 to 2000 and joined the firm Gerstein Grayson, LLP as an associate in the Family Law Department in September 2000. Julie then joined South Jersey Legal Services, Inc. where she worked in the Cumberland, Salem and Gloucester county offices between 2002 and 2011 and served the legal needs of persons of low income, providing legal representation in family law and related matters ranging from simple to complex, from motion practice to trial litigation in divorce, non-dissolution, custody, domestic violence, parenting time, child support, removal, grandparent visitation and related matters, as well as housing and benefits law. Julie is highly skilled in the areas of family law and benefits and housing law, having honed her skills by way of a high-paced practice of court appearances involving motion and trial matters. After nearly a decade with South Jersey Legal Services, Inc., Julie joined Helmer, Paul, Conley & Kasselman, P.A. where she served as the head of the Family Law Department until joining Adinolfi & Lieberman, P.A. in January 2013.
In April 2016, Julie was named Partner at Adinolfi & Packman, P.A. and in May 2018, named a Shareholder. In addition to being a partner and shareholder at Adinolfi, Molotsky, Burick & Falkenstein, P.A., one of the largest law firms in Southern New Jersey concentrating on Family Law and Divorce, Julie has served on the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel in Gloucester, Camden, Burlington and previously Cumberland Counties for several years, is currently the Co-Chair of the Gloucester County Bar Association Family Law Committee, a Master in the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inn of Court and acts as a Court appointed counsel in Guardianship matters. Julie also sat on the Cumberland and Salem County Domestic Violence Working Groups from 2002 to 2006 and has authored numerous legal column articles for both the Cumberland County Reminder and the Spanish Nuestra Comunidad weekly newspapers as well as blogs for the Adinolfi, Molotsky, Burick & Falkenstein, P.A. webpage.
Admitted to Practice: Julie is admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Julie was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States in June 2014. She has practiced law since 2000.
Awards: Julie was the recipient of the 2010 Legal Services of New Jersey Madeline L. Houston Outstanding Attorney Award. Julie has also been named SJ Magazine Top Attorneys in 2011 & 2012 for Divorce Mediation, 2013 & 2014 for Domestic Violence and 2017 & 2019 for Divorce Law. Julie also served as the Gloucester County Bar Association President from 2013/2014 and received the Award of Appreciation.
