Mr. Koufos represented me on a speeding ticket in a community known for throwing the book at speeders. When I met with Mr. Koufos he explained all permeations of what could happen and then what he expected to happen. Mr. Koufos runs a very tight ship and it is reflects by his staff. His office was knowledgeable and helpful with what to expect on the day of court as well as reminding me of the court date. The day of court Mr. Koufos zealously negotiated a plea agreement well above my expectations and argued for the Judge to give the least amount of fines. I ardently recommend Mr. Koufos, while I had relatively minor charges I am positive he fights for all his clients no matter the charges with the same knowledge and passion.

Mr. Koufos was thoroughly prepared throughout all aspects of my case, knowing how to build a defense and keeping me informed throughout the process. Mr. Koufos will defend you until he finds a resolution you are pleased with. Mr. Koufos was prepared to fight my charges with 4 different angles which impressed myself and others in the court. I received a DUI charge which was pretty cut and dry but Koufos kept digging until he found a flaw in the procedure that had thrown the tests out. I wound up accepting a 90 day suspension rather than 7 months to a year. I was extremely pleased with my representation.

I have seen John's career skyrocket from the first days he opened up his practice. John is a zealous, aggressive defender of his clients. His perserverence and skill often are the difference in achieving the results his clients need. I endorse John.

I endorse this lawyer. John is quite possibly one of the most intense people I have ever met. He goes hard and gives 110% at everything he does. This intensity alone gives John an unparalleled edge over other criminal defense attorneys in the state. He is the type of attorney that gets straight to the point, and will not waste anyone’s time or money. He is a fearless advocate, always ready to take a case to trial if need be. If you make the wise choice of retaining John, he will offer you individualized services, a kind ear, and, most importantly, aggressive advocacy.
