expert lawyer and easy to communicate with

I was facing very serious charges, related to driving and alcohol. Frankly, I was terrified. After an initial 5-10 minute phone consultation with her, I was so impressed with her that I hired her on the spot. IMO, She has an expert understanding of the law and how to navigate the legal landscap...e. Additionally, she has excellent "soft skills", which allows her to interface well with her legal counterparts (judge, prosecutor) and clients. I am very pleased with the results that she obtained for me!

Dynamic, knowledgeable and will fight and work 1000% for you and the best outcome!!!

My young adult son found himself in an extremely serious legal situation, facing extremely serious charge(s) and many years in prison. While my son was in jail, we tried calling a few lawyers via telephone, left messages but no return calls. That turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Out of not ...knowing what else to do, I asked the officer at the county jail if they know of any lawyers to recommend. The officer handed me a few business cards and Tara Breslow-Testa’s was one of them. We called her and she responded immediately. She was eager to listen to the situation at hand. She was honest about our situation and what we were facing. She committed to helping us navigate our way through this terrible situation and the legal system. Ms Breslow also along the way, connected us with experts who were able to further help my son. Her connectedness, in valuable experience as a criminal defense attorney and expert knowledge throughout this process was exactly what was needed. She DOES NOT SETTLE and works tooth and nail on your behalf! She remained available, open and honest and in contact with us as the process carried on. Also of note, is that she advised us as parents how we could be a positive, contributing part of the process to assist in helping our son. In short, Ms Breslow will work tirelessly, methodically and dynamically on your behalf!!!! She DOES NOT do whatever is easiest!! She truly wants and fights for the best outcome for you. She was able to defend and argue judicially for what I consider a second chance for our son which included probation and no further jail time!
