Excellent attorney

My teenage son received a summons to appear in court recently for an ordinance violation and my fear as a parent was that this infraction, at a young age, would haunt him in his future job opportunities. I immediately started researching lawyers in the Monmouth County area and this is where Tara's r...ecommendations stood out against the rest. From the first phone call (which was answered on a Sunday morning!) until the last day at court we received was nothing but professionalism, hard work, continued communication, honesty and determination from Tara. The violation was reduced to what was fair and acceptable. If you are looking for a lawyer I highly recommend Tara Breslow she is the one you want in your corner.

Great lawyer

Brilliant Lawyer

A few months ago I was pulled over and subsequently was arrested and charged with possession in a fairly affluent borough in Monmouth County. With this being my first arrest, I was feeling hopeless and had no clue how to navigate the legal system, or a trial. Tara Breslow was recommended to me by a f...riend who had given me a stunning review of not only her work, but her character as well. I called her the next day and we spoke on the phone, she was compassionate and understanding but still frank, and shared with me prior outcomes from similar cases. When talking to her I didn’t feel judged or embarrassed, she reassured me that mistakes happen and she was going to try and help me to the best of her ability. I knew this was the lawyer I needed to retain. In the following months leading up to the trial we stayed in steady contact. She consistently kept me up to date with police discovery and how the case was progressing. I never had any feelings of being overlooked, or like I was fighting this alone. She was always there for me when I had questions or concerns. The morning of my court date, she was the first one in the building. She worked with the prosecutor to decide an outcome that ultimately lead to my charge being completely dropped. She sat with me during court and explained how everything would work, leaving with me no feelings of anxiety or confusion. I am so lucky she represented me during this time. Tara is a brilliant person both professionally and personally. I trusted her and felt trusted in return. Being a woman, it was a breath of fresh air to have such a smart and dilligent woman working on my side. She eludes confidence and courtesy, and it rubs off on her clients. If you are ever in a legal jam, and are feeling belittled and embarrassed, and like you can’t take it all in alone, Tara Breslow is the person to call. I can’t thank her enough, she is an amazing lawyer.

Be prepared to be AMAZED!

I am from Virginia and was in the unfortunate situation of needing an attorney in Monmouth County, NJ. My daughter had been charged with several serious offenses to include 3 felonies. Having no knowledge of the court system, or the attorneys in the area I searched the internet. Tara Breslow's we...b site immediately caught my attention. To say it was impressive is an understatement. My concern was that she seemed too good to be true. I called Ms. Breslow and she was immediately available to talk to me. She answered my questions directly, enlightened me as to the court's inner-workings, and the possible defense strategies available. She was confident, professional and knowledgeable. I retained Ms Breslow and found her to be better than any attorney I had ever encountered. (I am prior law enforcement and have had extensive exposure to lawyers) Ms Breslow was able to advise my daughter as to how to provide the Court with documentation and actions that would enable my daughter to be seen in the best possible light. Ms Breslow was prompt responding to questions and was always available via telephone, text, and email. She knew the details of the case and was proactive in keeping goals and documentation prioritized. I did not ever feel that she just "talked a good game". She was confident that she could help my daughter, and she DID! If you want THE BEST legal representation available, hire Tara Breslow! Be prepared to be AMAZED!!

Exceptional Attorney

I was charged back in July with a dui, and reckless driving. Tara worked in reassuring me that we could work this out where I would be charged minimumally. She made me feel at ease and confident with her as my attorney. She is an exceptional attorney and I would highly recommend her for anyone.
