Excellent service and amazingly professional

Ms. Breslow explained my charges to me, and the severity of them. She reassured me of my rights and put me at ease. I had no question that my situation was in the right hands. All of my questions were answered and my mind was at ease. Ultimately, the outcome of my case was what every defendant dreams... of NG!

Best lawyer in the state!

Tara was professional and compassionate from our first consultation to the court date. She fought for me to get a much lower charge than the original. I went from facing 6 months in jail to paying only a $100 fine. She is amazing and I recommend her to anyone who needs a criminal lawyer.

Brilliant Lawyer

A few months ago I was pulled over and subsequently was arrested and charged with possession in a fairly affluent borough in Monmouth County. With this being my first arrest, I was feeling hopeless and had no clue how to navigate the legal system, or a trial. Tara Breslow was recommended to me by a f...riend who had given me a stunning review of not only her work, but her character as well. I called her the next day and we spoke on the phone, she was compassionate and understanding but still frank, and shared with me prior outcomes from similar cases. When talking to her I didn’t feel judged or embarrassed, she reassured me that mistakes happen and she was going to try and help me to the best of her ability. I knew this was the lawyer I needed to retain. In the following months leading up to the trial we stayed in steady contact. She consistently kept me up to date with police discovery and how the case was progressing. I never had any feelings of being overlooked, or like I was fighting this alone. She was always there for me when I had questions or concerns. The morning of my court date, she was the first one in the building. She worked with the prosecutor to decide an outcome that ultimately lead to my charge being completely dropped. She sat with me during court and explained how everything would work, leaving with me no feelings of anxiety or confusion. I am so lucky she represented me during this time. Tara is a brilliant person both professionally and personally. I trusted her and felt trusted in return. Being a woman, it was a breath of fresh air to have such a smart and dilligent woman working on my side. She eludes confidence and courtesy, and it rubs off on her clients. If you are ever in a legal jam, and are feeling belittled and embarrassed, and like you can’t take it all in alone, Tara Breslow is the person to call. I can’t thank her enough, she is an amazing lawyer.

Knowledgable and Persistent - A Great Advocate!

We contacted Tara when our grandson got into trouble for a poor decision he made to protect a "friend". His charges were serious, more than we initially realized. Tara has a special rapport with youthful clients and immediately connected with our grandson. Consequently, her recommendations for cou...nseling were effective in guiding his behavior. Meanwhile, she worked tirelessly to have his case remanded to a lower court. Ultimately, she negotiated a conditional dismissal of all charges given our grandson's successful completion of a probationary period. He is at heart a "good kid". She recognized this and her knowledgable and supportive handling of his case has truly given him a second chance! Thank you, Tara!

Tara is a miracle

I was arrested 5 years earlier and facing 5 years prison time due to a huge amount of drugs I was caught with. I Did not serve a day. I wrote this to Tara Breslow after finally receiving my diploma from college years later : Tara Breslow, I would like to share this very personal moment with you. I am... so glad and grateful that I was finally able to accomplish something I had started over 10 years ago. I went back and I conquered it. I wanted to really share this moment with you because without you I feel it could not have been possible. You took me out of a very dark place in my life and gave me some real sincere guidance when I really needed it. Due to your actions and your great service I will be attending the school of radiology technology in August. When they performed a background check on me nothing came up, except for the DUI in New Jersey which appears as a traffic ticket and they overlooked it. I was so grateful. And I may even get a scholarship due to my excellent grades. Thank you so much and I am very blessed to have you my life and still be able to share moments like this with you.
