I would highly recommend reaching out to Tara Breslow if you are in need of legal counsel.

I could not be happier with my experience with Tara Breslow. I was charged with possession of a shotgun by the state of New Jersey which carries a mandatory minimum sentence of three years in prison under the Graves Act. I had called around to about ten different lawyers before finally settling ...on Tara. She charged a bit more money than some of her competitors, but I immediately felt comfortable upon speaking with her. She did not attempt to scare me, nor did she brush the severity of my crime under the rug in an attempt to secure me as a client. She asked what I felt would be the best case scenario outcome for my case. I told her that, given the severity of the crime, I would be thrilled to be placed in the pre-trial intervention (PTI) program. Fast forward six months and I am being formally placed into the PTI program and am avoiding a career and life-ruining prison sentence. Moreover, after a year, I will be able to expunge a felony weapon arrest off of my record entirely. It is my understanding that this outcome is an astounding exception and not the rule, and I believe wholeheartedly that I would not have been as fortunate with other lawyers. If you need legal counsel in New Jersey, then she’s absolutely worth contacting.

Tara was so unbelievably helpful and supportive!!! She helped get my possession of marijuana charge to just a paraphernalia charge. I was given a conditional discharge charge, probation for one year and then she helped me get the entire thing expunged. I learned a very valuable lesson and I thank God... each day that I had her in my corner!

Best Attorney in NJ

Tara Breslow is by far the best attorney ever. I cannot express her extreme knowledge and guidance as a extremely competent counsel. In a legal system full of hacks and near criminals themselves; be grateful you are reading this review. My family hired Tara and thank god we did. She had all charg...es dropped on the first court appearance. Her professional ethics and extreme knowledge of law is inspiring. You will be hiring a legal guru. Not only did all charges get dropped, she had the arrest expunged as if it never happened. Buyer beware is the old saying, no worrying about that with Tara. She earns every cent of her fee. Judges and prosecutors all respect her legal talent, you will witness it first hand in court. I was in court with Tara, there were attorneys tripping all over their feet, stains on the shirts, looking dirty and settling out on charges. Tara was a breath of fresh air by the time our time came to stand in front of the judge. No plea deals, she looks to acquit or drop immediately. She wastes no time from moment you contract her. You think what I'm saying is a bunch of crock? Roll the dice on some joker, you be sorry you didn't heed this advise. Do yourself the justice and hire Tara Breslow, like my family, you will in awe of her.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10!!!!!

I highly recommend attorney Tara Breslow. She genuinely cares about her clients and she will go above and beyond what most lawyers will do. She is intelligent, experienced, and caring. She will not let the court take advantage of you and she will fight for you from every angle possible. I was caught ...with three separate charges involving marijuana and paraphernalia in a vehicle. Tara did everything she could throughout the entire process and I ended up getting all of the charges dismissed and expunged off my record! I am forever grateful for her services and dedication.
