A Very Satisfied Client

Tara helped my son to a fantastic outcome with her excellent advice and strategy. The reason we chose Tara was because of all the positive feedback, we then met with her and knew she was the right person to represent us. As we dealt with the process we saw that not only did her clients think highly ...of her, but she was highly respected by all in the judicial system. Paraphernalia/Possession Charges

Personable yet to the point. Keeps you updated every step of the way. Spectacular & timely communication in that Tara is willing to work with you on various platforms (email, text/call, etc.). Ultimately a great success and am very satisfied with the results that she was able to produce.

LOOK NO FARTHER . . .

if you searching for a lawyer you can trust and have confidence in. I am an experienced attorney (25+ years) myself, so when I went looking for a criminal attorney for my stepson, who was facing some serious charges, you can bet I was going to be thorough in my search and highly selective. Tara sto...od out among all the attorneys I interviewed. There is not a lot of back and forth with Tara. She tells you exactly what she is going to do when you meet with her, and then she does it. If you have questions or concerns though, she is very responsive and always gets back to you, which is not true of all attorneys. In court, she obtained the best result possible for my stepson, a deferred disposition, and we couldn't be happier with the result. I would recommend Tara in a heartbeat to anyone in need of a highly professional, caring, criminal attorney.

I would highly recommend reaching out to Tara Breslow if you are in need of legal counsel.

I could not be happier with my experience with Tara Breslow. I was charged with possession of a shotgun by the state of New Jersey which carries a mandatory minimum sentence of three years in prison under the Graves Act. I had called around to about ten different lawyers before finally settling ...on Tara. She charged a bit more money than some of her competitors, but I immediately felt comfortable upon speaking with her. She did not attempt to scare me, nor did she brush the severity of my crime under the rug in an attempt to secure me as a client. She asked what I felt would be the best case scenario outcome for my case. I told her that, given the severity of the crime, I would be thrilled to be placed in the pre-trial intervention (PTI) program. Fast forward six months and I am being formally placed into the PTI program and am avoiding a career and life-ruining prison sentence. Moreover, after a year, I will be able to expunge a felony weapon arrest off of my record entirely. It is my understanding that this outcome is an astounding exception and not the rule, and I believe wholeheartedly that I would not have been as fortunate with other lawyers. If you need legal counsel in New Jersey, then she’s absolutely worth contacting.
