Great local lawyer
Ray Raya was a great advocate for our family. He is clear, compassionate, and clearly experienced with the local courts. Ray Raya is a man of his word. From our first meeting to the day that all charges against me were summarily dismissed and expunged, events played out exactly as Mr. Raya predicted they would. He is a skilled court attorney, a savvy negotiator, and a pretty funny guy to boot. Most importantly, he represented me with intuition and tenacity. Ray Raya is the best lawyer in town. He was the only lawyer that was able to give me my first win. He helped me with a couple of cases and was great for all three. He communicates well and knows everyone in town. He will not let you down and it worth every penny!

Mr.Raya was my legal representative for numerous traffic violations that occurred in January 2019. After initially consulting with Mr.Raya I immediately decided that he was very capable and the person I needed to represent me. He was always professional, caring and thoughtful throughout the process which finalized in an excellent outcome with very serious violation either being dismissed or plead to a lower violation. Mr. Raya was forthright in his explanation of the possible outcomes and therefore we were pragmatic and very thankful to all concerned in the final judgement. What an amazing lawyer
I was referred to Ray from an business associate. Ray was able to take on my case after I explained the situation. Things could have gone really bad for my. Ray and his staff at the office took the time to explain that they would do everything in their power to help me out. When court came Ray did everything he explained would happen and I could not have been happier. His service was exception and I would recommend Ray to anyone. Great Attorney
I was issued a, DUI / Stop Sign / and Reckless driving summons , and was facing loss of license, thousands of dollars in fines, and penalties, but thanks to the excellent representation I received by hiring Ray, He manged to have it reduced to just one Careless driving offense. A $189 fine. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who is seeking justice.

The go-to problem solver
Without going into details, I was being saddled with a variety of charges that would have originally amounted to felony charges in Superior Court. Ray was able to intervene and resolve my legal issues very quickly (in two hearings) where penalties were reduced to simple fines by applying reason and knowledge. This is admittedly the second time I had retained Ray for issues. While inexperienced/incompetent lawyers will approach the prosecutors and judge in a manner that is subservient, and sometimes view their clients without much genuine care, Ray speaks to everyone with the same candor and respect. He has a gift for being able to build rapport with people quickly and knows exactly when to apply soft skills while communicating with others. For this reason, out of the dozens of lawyers that I know personally and the hundreds that I have met in my line of work, Ray is not just in the top 1%, he is my go-to solution if I ever find myself in trouble.
