I realized early on that i made a mistake but after i paid the retainer i couldn't afford to go elsewhere. he left me a month before the trial and he never did the things he promised His office had the nerve to bill me for calling my home and leaving me a message to call him back. He was rude and in...effective . He actually threatened to drop me if i didn't agree to settle for what i thought was not a good deal. I think he took my case knowing i had limited funds because he thought it was gonna be a quick settlement. A quick ten grand in his pocket. After leaving my case he had the nerve to bill me for money and threaten to put a lien on my house. I heard that same thing from two other people. I wouldnt have minded if he actually went to court on my behalf . He was defenitely not interested in helping me. In the end i lost everything i was entitled to. Since my divorce he has sent me a bill every month . I rather go to jail than pay him. One day my mailman delivered a bill from him and asked if i had used him in my divorce, she than told me her story and it was no surprise that he did the same thing to her and a friend of her as well. I suggest to everyone to interview several lawyers before deciding because your future is in their hands. I haven't even mentioned half the things he did. I don't think its a coincidence that i have never come across anyone who had a good word to say about him. In fact when i was in court to get a transcript of my case the workers in that office had nothing good to say about him and those people are in contact with lawyers all day long!

He took my retainer and flew through my money in less than 2 weeks - accomplishing absolutely nothing, not even filing a single motion. What a complete waste of time, effort. i can not say enough negative things about my awful experience with this attorney. I was discussing it in the bank with a g...irlfriend on the phone and a customer said she was having an awful time with her attorney and was suing him - turned out to be the same attorney - and then my girlfriend called and told me about a 3rd - this is all within 3 minutes - if I keep researching I am sure I will find more - at least I have 2 witnesses. Save your money - run - run fast!

Please do not retain this lawyer . He does blow through retainers with bogus charges , and double billing at 425 an hour he never answers your calls nor does he care . He will put leans on you, and doesn't follow his own retainer agreement when your down to 500 dollars as stipulated in his own retain...er. He will have you in bankruptcy. He has no scruples. He failed to do what i retained him for . He refused to give me an updated bill when his billing secretary kept messing it up. the only time I heard from him is when he needed more money . Please do your research there are plenty of great attorneys that will work for you, shop around .
