I never in my life ever thought that I would have to declare bankruptcy. When I first met with Mr. Yehl he explained everything in detail, helped me to decide if bankruptcy was the way to go, which bankruptcy I should file for and helped come up with a monthly payment that was affordable. Whenever I had or have a question whether I called him or emailed him his response is always within an hour. His fees are extremely fair based on the work that has done for me. At the present Mr. Yehl is helping me to receive my bankruptcy discharge paperwork. As with most things, there is a glitch of sorts but I know he will work things out.

Great Experience!
I hired Roger over 5 years ago to handle my Chapter 13 case. The case was very complex and involved a very high number of creditors. Roger instantly made me feel at ease and helped give me the confidence that we would get through this daunting case. Roger was extremely thorough, responsive, diligent, and delivered with excellent results. I finally made it through my Chapter 13 and could not have done it without him. I strongly encourage anyone going through this type of stressful situation to have Roger Yehl handle your case. I am happy to write this positive review!

Attorney you can count on!
Mr. Yehl is a knowledgeable attorney and very responsive. He handled my bankruptcy case over a year ago. Since then I have called him several times with different questions and he has always called me back.

My chapter 7 bankruptcy
I was very nervous about going bankrupt but knew that I had to do something because I became disabled and had lost almost half of my income. Roger made me feel much better about filing bankruptcy. He has a way about him that makes you feel like you are still a person and not less of a person because of your situation. He was a former trustee so he knows both sides which is a huge benefit to his clients. My bankruptcy wasn't easy but he never acted like anything thrown at him was a problem. He handled everything and after he finished my case, I referred a friend of mine to him. He handled their case with the same professionalism and courtesy that he gave me. He now is handling another case that I referred to him. I would highly recommend him to everyone that I know who would need his services. He is very down to earth and very knowledgeable about bankruptcy laws.

Mr Yehl took all my concerns seriously. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. highly recommend!
Roger helped me file and obtain a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. He was very reassuring and helpful. Thankfully, with Roger's help, I was able to keep my house and my car. I practice law myself, and I was very embarrassed to admit that I was in such a dire financial predicament. Roger was not judgmental in any way. I have recommended him, and would definitely do so again.

Used for bankruptcy
I used Roger to file bankruptcy. He responded quickly and met up with me. Let me know what my options were and always kept me informed. Filing bankruptcy made me nervous but he made everything comfortable and everything g went a lot more smoother then I anticipated. He is a great choice!!

Chapter 13
I selected Roger as my chapter 13 lawyer because of his knowledge and experience with these type of cases. Although I have not received a release letter, the end is near. Roger has always been available via phone, fax, or email to answer questions or handle situations I know nothing about. He is both reliable and knowledgable. I hope I never have another bankruptcy case but if I do I would definitely go with Roger.
