I wanted to hire a bulldog that could speak for me in court for my emancipation case. I made the right decision hiring Jef Henninger! He made all points in a very professional way and was straightforward! Needless to say we won the case! Hopefully, I never need a lawyer again but if I do, I know exactly who to call!

I was really worried when my now ex hired a lawyer with a reputation for being tough. Guy at work told me that Jef is really aggressive so I hired him. He mopped the floor with my ex's lawyer. Total beast mode in court. Really glad I hired him and his team. He's not the cheapest lawyer in the world but his billing was very fair. You get what you pay for.

I hired Mr. Henninger to represent me in a firearm's confiscation case. I met with him personally at his office and explained the issue. I paid his retainer, sent him all the information for which he asked and I was promptly forgotten. I was turned over to one of his Associates, I made contact with the new Attorney twice before I was told he was no longer with the firm. I was assigned a new Attorney at that point. I made contact with the new Attorney several times via telephone. I was told he had contacted the Middelsex County Prosecutor regarding my case and that he was awaiting a response from her. This went on for several months during which I was told by the Attorney to call him every two weeks for updates. I called him as HE had requested. He spoke with me three or four times, always with the same excuse that he was still waiting for a response from the Prosecutors office. Eventually, he stopped returning my calls. SO I called the office. The office person told me that he was in court, but she would give him my message and he would call me back. This occurred for about three weeks with no return calls. I finally found a new Attorney who was able to help me get back my property in less than 3 months. My advice is to stay away from Mr. Henninger and associates. I never even received an accounting from his office as to how the retainer was spent.

We had a smooth real estate closing thanks to Jef Henninger and his team. One of the biggest problems we knew we were going to face is poor responses from the sellers attorney. Jef and his team are relentless and will not stop reaching out until they receive a swift response. They have several attorneys that work at their firm so they didn't need us to move the date around. They are very responsive and thorough. Excellent firm!

I contacted Jef back in June of 2016 about my son. The question I had was.....do children get support when going to college part time!!!! Also my health prompted me to take action as well being 64 at the time with a serious heart problem (cardiomyopathy). Anyway Jef filed the motion at the beginning of September 2016 and by October my son was emancipated and so was I !!!!!!!! Jefs law firm was quick and thorough and there were no hitches. All the attorneys especially Dominique were very helpful and professional. Also the cost was very reasonable as well. Thanks Jef for all!

I hired Mr. Henninger in late December 2016 for help regarding a legal matter. Mr. Henninger was professional in assuring me that he and his law firm would help to resolve my matter favorably for me. By February 2017, the matter was resolved. Both Mr. Henninger and Dominique (from the Law Offices of Jef Henninger) were wonderful. Mr. Henninger, you truly are the new Perry Mason. Thank you also Dominique for your help. I will recommend this law firm highly and I believe I have new lifetime professional friends in the Law Firm of Jef Henninger. Thank you all so very much for everything.

Recent alimony reform in New Jersey was a small step in the right direction but more must be done. For many years I obliged and provided all support for the children including college, cars, etc. But changing times, personal struggles with health, an inflexible court system and a content ex-partner left little hope, not to mention a stupid decision on my part a long time ago with some seriously bad counsel. I felt though I had one more battle in me to find a way.
You see, the problem is that where there is a movement afoot to get rid of 'alimony forever', many of these divorce attorneys are also battling against reform. They feed off one of the emotionally distressed partners while the other suffers (and hires another attorney). In searching for someone to stand with me, I encountered quite a few. Thankfully my research led me to Jef.
Jef is assisting with getting more reform so he knows the issue, inside and out. He was the best hire I ever made, and I have hired hundreds of people including many attorneys. We discussed the issue, worked as a team, and 7 months later we had resolution. He was always available, communicated well and yes, even his fees were totally transparent and fair.
If you are one of thousands who are suffering from these outdated and antiquated laws, even with this most recent reform, I would recommend calling Jef. At the very least, you can be assured you will be speaking to someone very knowledgeable and just as important, someone who will represent you and not be associated with groups who would like to see the laws stay exactly as they are. But, I believe you will get more than that. Hiring an attorney to help you navigate the current system is difficult but not impossible to find someone who really gets it. I believe Jef is such an attorney.

There is only one choice when the DCPP becomes involved in your life. Even if the worker, investigator or supervisor is morally sound it still does not make up for the fact that the rules they abide by are broken, they are overworked and there is no possible way they can make a judgment on your Life by filling out a few checklists and getting a couple of references. These people are also obligated by the state to put you into programs where they will receive money, . They are usually burned out and want to punish you for whatever reason they feel Is easiest. They are not educated and they do not have medical or legal degrees to make any kind of assumption on the health and well-being of your child. We need a system in the country to protect our children but CPS a.k.a. the DCPP are not the right choice. They are not governed by anyone but themselves, they do not have random audits done on them, and they have completely legal immunity to do lots of very nasty things to destroy families when they are supposed to be helping them. Jef and his team were very informational, calm and collected, and kept me from worrying throughout the whole case. His demeanor reputation and connections are something that you will desperately want on your side when the DCPP becomes a part of your life. my recommendation would be to retain Jef and also educate yourself on the laws of the state and what the DCP P handbook states. The DCP P advocacy department are not lawyers and do not even know their own state and country laws.
Do not wait on retaining a lawyer and do not comply with them unless your lawyer tells you too. Do not think because you are educated, have a nice home , are a good parent, and have great references that the DCPP will be good. They may go after you even harder because of it. GET JEF NOW

I had two very trying matters dealing with children. Jef assured me that both would be handled swiftly with favorable outcomes. He did not lie. His expertise far outstretches most in the business. He is excellent.
