Horrible Lawfirm horrible lawyer

First encounter with Brian was he was suppose to meet me at the office and I had to hunt him down waiting for 30 min on our first meeting. Giving me a poor excuse. He gives me an attitude our first convo and there after never felt good about our conversation and didn't see eye to eye with him. He the...n makes me work w a different lawyer at the lawfirm Marie and shes just as bad if not worse. During the court zoom I noticed Marie shaking and not being able to hold a conversation with the Judge. She had absolutely no confidence and yes'sing the judge the whole time instead of fighting for me. Of course we lost bc Marie was not prepared and handed in papers 3 days before court. Unprofessional, they don't care about you and they want your money.

Not so good

Brian offered a flat fee for his services to handle arbitration for my case. His effort in my case seemed to diminish as time went on. During arbitration his input was non existent. I do not believe he represented my interests well and lost my case.

Family Law & Post Divorce Alimony Reduction

The initial consultation and retainer amount seemed good however the attitude, timeliness of communications, attention to detail as well as his knowledge in the area of reducing or discontinuing alimony obligations in my circumstance became readily apparent as time went on. I gave him several chances... but finally had to dismiss him after the thousands spent on attorney fees and unwarranted alimony during our relationship showed no signs of lessening my losses. I did retain the services of another attorney who represented me in a professional manner and had my alimony obligations completely dismissed contrary to what Mr. Winters indicated as to what he was going to or be able to pursue.
