This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
An admonition means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar gives the lawyer an admonition in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

This lawyer represented (use the term very loosely) me in a commercial landlord tenant dispute. When I expressed an interest in NOT signing the deal negotiated he proceeded to yell and use profanity as well as call me names. For someone who likes to point out that he has been practicing for thirty years, I would expect much more from a professional integrity standpoint. He could not objectively hear my concerns. Terrible experience.
