I put down a retainer with Peter, and he took (too many) months to return my unused portion, as I did not commence a divorce proceeding with him. I went to his office after work, and he was kind enough to drive me home a couple of times. Later on, I paid him for 30 minutes of additional consultatio...n (I sent him a check immediately), but he would not answer 3 follow-up questions by either text or email. I assume this is because he wanted another retainer deposit, but he did not answer me at all and so I really don't know. As a result I would not recommend him due to his lack of follow-through. I am going to another lawyer that I can feel more confident is looking after my interests as well as his/her own..
