I thought Jerry was a great man from the start. I connected with him and he understood my point of view. He really took his time to care about me, as well as my case. I've never had to deal with legal stuff like this, but I feel like Jerry stands out from other lawyers, in that, he gets to know you p...ersonally. Him and I talked about our past days of playing baseball, as well as bowling. I feel like other lawyers just want to get to the point and be done with you but with Jerry, that was not the case. I had a two-count paraphernalia charge along with a headlight ticket. He was able to put me in a diversionary program and get the headlight ticket along with one of the paraphernalia charges dropped completely. I was supposed to lose my license for up to 6 months and a fine of up to $1,000, but that did not happen. Jerry handled everything. At first I was freaking out but he told me everything was going to be okay, and it ended up being just that. If you need a lawyer for a criminal charge like this, I highly suggest you hire this man.

I had a disorderly persons case. I hired Jerry because I didn't have a lot of money at the time. Of course, it didn't matter because Jerry is great professional lawyer and a wonderful person. Jerry did a great job in court and was completely exceptional the entire time. Jerry and I had agreed to work... with each other and to do our best with the case. He was more than helpful and helped me with a huge relief. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer.

I had a DUI case last year and I hired Jerry Elashmawy because I didn't have much money. When I spoke to jerry at our initial consultation .He told me that my case would take 2-4 visits to the courthouse, but that didn't happen. We ended up going 8 times but it was worth it . During those 8 visits to... court. Jerry did not charge extra fees or demanded more money. I believe another lawyer would've given up on my case from the start. Jerry worked very hard with my case. As a result to his hard work, My license did not get suspended or revoked. I avoided a fee of around $5,000. Jerry is awesome at what he does. He has reasonable fees and works hard!
