Experienced Immigration, DWI/Traffic, and Criminal Attorney in Bergen County. Free Telephone Consult
I have been practicing law for nearly fifteen years in the areas of Immigration, Criminal Defense, and Municipal Court/DWI Law. I have been practicing immigration law since 2005, and focus on removal defense and family immigration cases. I have spent the last five years working on I-601A Provisional Waivers for people from nearly every continent in the world. I have practiced deportation defense in many immigration courts throughout the country. As a former criminal law clerk, I had the opportunity to understand the inner workings of criminal law, and have used my experiences in those areas to defend people throughout New Jersey. I have been a Municipal Public Defender for the Palisades Interstate Parkway Court since 2006. I handle many DWI matters each year in my public defender and private practice.
My office is small. You will always see me when you come to have an appointment. The person going to court with you will be me. That is how I run my practice, and you can count on that.
Outside of the office, I am married, with two wonderful children. I enjoy sports, the gym, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
